Lebanese flatbread topped with za’atar oil, served with creamy hummus, plus charred red pepper and walnut muhammara.
Featuring tagine sauce made with peppers, middle eastern spices and chillies; NZ lamb loin shashlik* or a roasted sweet potato shashlik; turmeric and dill aromatic rice.
